If you have a gut reaction to something, do not immediately put your thoughts out there for the world to see. Take a minute and actually think about what you are doing.

Why are you having this reaction? Are you making assumptions? Are you taking things personally?

The short of it is: think before you act. Remember that you are a leader in YOUR community and act like it.
